WATERFRONT CARETAKING OPPORTUNITY ON HOOD CANAL.

Twanoh Falls Beach Club is looking for a year round beach host for their waterfront community on Hood

Canal.

The person is expected to be able to conduct light maintenance, lifting and yard work.

Job duties

include: Mow lawn, weed eat, edging, watering, empty trash, clean bathrooms and picnic shelters,

monitor docks and provide a safe and secure beach area.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable,

energetic and very personable person who can interact well with our membership.

TFBC will provide an

RV space to include water, power, septic, cable and internet.

You will need to provide a working cell

phone.

We also provide one parking space for a vehicle.

RV and vehicle must be in excellent condition.

This is a year-round

position with the busy months to be in the summer May through September with

down time in the winter.

The TFBC beach host is also paid $250.00 a month with any additional duties

outside the contract paid at $15.00 an hour.

Ideally, we are looking for a retired single person or couple that have time to regularly be on site with

days or time off negotiable. Although the beach club property does not allow dogs or pets on the

premises this may be discussed or reviewed depending on situation.

that would be beneficial to the position. Also needed: year, make and model of RV and vehicle you

would be placing on the beach with pictures. Please provide references for contact. A background
